Once your project is complete and ready for deployment, the project manager will work closely with our in-house support desk to create a deployment and training plan, and then a post-deployment support plan. There will be a crossover, enabling your Project Manager to educate the support desk team on the product and developments that have been made specifically for your business. This way your support desk team will need no further information or training before the deployment and transition to support. Post-deployment your Project Manager will be on hand to enable a smooth crossover to training and support and will be contactable for further stages of the project if required. You don’t have to have Teqhou products to start a support desk with us. We offer many businesses a simple support desk option for existing software.
