Tatiana is both our Managing Director and our director of Development. Tatiana has a wealth of experience designing and leading the development teams implementing new designs for our Teqhou T&A, Rostering and Agency products as well as our MiraclePay product supporting the UK and Irish markets. She is bi-lingual and had many years’ experience behind her working in the industry.
Sales and Marketing Director
Michael is our Sales and Marketing Director with a strong change management background. He provides the bridge between business requirements and technical designs. Steeped in manufacturing history and an uncanny ability to bring clarity to the complex. He has a special knack of savings projects from near death and getting them back on track.
Partner and Finance Manager
Jackie is our partner account manager and also heads our Finance department. With a wealth of operational history and business development behind her, she guides our choice of partners so that they perfectly complement our products and business requirements.
Ruslan is our program manager, specifically trained in Microsoft software. He heads up delivery of the majority of the projects on customer sites whenever the requirement arises, using his skills as a leader and negotiator to get the tasks done within budget and efficiently.
CRM Consultant / Progject manager
Becky is one of our experts on site. You will meet her on most of the CRM, project recovery, attendance and rostering projects that you take with Teqhou. Her experience in CRM, process changes and end user training reaches across industry sectors such as retail, petroleum (she is PIA rated) and bespoke car construction. She travels anywhere required, always with a smile.
Nicky has lot of years’ experience in both retail and manufacturing, reviewing and optimising both IT and people orientated process. Speaking Spanish, French and her native English, Nicky has worked throughout Europe and continues to travel anywhere required. Her experience lays mainly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 products, process change and project recovery.
Mark is a Dynamics supply chain consultant specialising in warehouse and production. With many years’ experience he offers good guidance and skills to different business sectors, working closely with each part of the supply chain to make sure the spec fulfills each requirement before actively monitoring the progress of the project.
Oleksii is a vital part of the Teqhou team, closely working with each project team to create bespoke design to meet business requirements. His experience lays mainly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 products.
Roman is an integral part of the Teqhou CRM, Time and Attendance project team. With many years’ experience dealing with Microsoft CRM throughout the version changes, he has a mass of knowledge and skills useful to any business project.
Alex is a highly experienced architect that works mainly with Dynamics AX and is well versed in all things accounting! He runs a small team passing on his knowledge daily to the other AX architects and support desk.
Nick is a skilled architect, new to the business he has amazed us all with his high level of detail and patience when it comes to the more intricate parts of the design process.
Oleksii (the second) is a cheerful Microsoft trained architect, specifically experienced in project recovery. Working with tight timescales and high pressure environments, he keeps calm and gets the job done to the highest grade.

Iryna has many years of experience working with Teqhou partners so she knows a lot of historical issues, educating the team, so newer issues get solved quicker and more efficiently. She is skilled in navigating around Dynamics CRM and AX, more specifically trained in Payroll.

As part of our quality assurance team, Tetyana has a keen eye and notices details in design that many others wouldn’t even think about. A vital part of the Quality and Assurance team, she has experience in many Microsoft products.
Anastasia is well versed in all things payroll. Specialising in UK payroll and structured testing, Anastasia plays an important part in new functionality development and translation of UK payroll legislation into AX functionality. Fluent Ukrainian, English and of course payroll.
Quality and Support
Thomas is part of a small team that run our quality assurance checks and head up one of our support desks. As a member of this team Thomas is well versed in talking calmly to customers, end users and project teams alike. He has many years’ experience quality checking changes and issue fixes. He translates technical issue descriptions into ‘normal’ language for end users and you will find him controlling stressful situations with ease.

Jie Yu is a highly skilled member of our Support team with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365. She takes and issue and owns it from start to finish, getting the best resolution for the end user whilst taking into account budgets. She verbalises the resolutions very well to the end users/customer with simple language, no tech jargon!

Sasha is a well versed member of our Dynamics 365 Support Desk. With experience with all things Microsoft Dynamics, she shows amazing skill in understanding customer requests through challenging and sometimes stressful calls. She calmly logs issues and follows them through the chain of investigation, fixing and resolution communication.
A vital part of the Teqhou team, Dmitriy shows real skill in the way he deals with customer requirements and finds the best solution for the issue. Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics 365 programs, he offers a huge amount of knowledge into the inner workings of the systems.
Part of internal design team, Gary is an experienced coder with many years of training and project work behind him.
Part of our internal coding team, Josh works closely with the support desk to offer fast and efficient support for all coding issues that come his way.
Part of our internal development team, Sergey is highly trained and well experienced in many aspects of Dynamics 365 design. Always building his knowledge base, he gives vital training to our UK and UA teams to keep them all up to date with changes to each product.
A vital part of the Teqhou team, Isobel keeps all our accounts ticking over. She deals mainly with high level accounts and offers services to each project if the work arises.
Nix offers a high level of support for each account we hold, whether you are enquiring about budgets, costing as your project moves though the stages or simply when payments are due. Nix communicates clearly and offers our customers a dedicated support desk specifically for these issues.
Emma keeps us all ticking over in our Peterborough Teqhou office, keeping the office presentable and the paperwork manageable and in the correct place.
Head if IT
With an incredible amount of experience behind him, Jim offers the answer to everything IT. From hardware and server support onsite, to remote fixes, I challenge you to find a subject he knows nothing about in the world of IT!
Web Developer / Server Maintenance
Declan comes to Teqhou directly from a Microsoft training centre and brings with him new solutions to issues we never even knew could exist. With his training in web development, he offers a more creative insight into solution design.
Brendan is the go-to server man, with all the answers on how to fix any issue (whether it be server related or not!). He has a wealth of experience working all over the world.
Alex is a vital member of our IT team testing updates and changes to the systems before they go out to our team, basically keeping everyone’s workstations healthy and up to date.
